The Romont facility is the latest production site in Switzerland and the first to achieve the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification. The need was to show to all the stakeholders this new site, the technology and the way of working. we decided to make a human-based video. We let the employees speak with passion and emotion. The result was beyond expectations.
